How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times from dispatch: UK 10–17 business days, EU 12–20 business days, International 12–20 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

UK: £4.99 (free over £50). EU: £3.99 (free over £100). International: £4.99 (free over £100). Some products may have different rates — the exact cost is always shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Custom/personalised items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties. EU customers have VAT calculated at checkout.

Why does my order come in multiple packages?

We work with multiple suppliers and print-on-demand partners, so items in the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive at different times.

Will my bundle arrive in one package?

Bundle items are fulfilled by different suppliers, so each product in your bundle may arrive in a separate parcel at slightly different times.
