REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

EU Customers: Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (including print-on-demand items such as custom mugs with specific designs)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at chloe21.hr@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for quality issues at no cost to you. You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged or defective items.

 

Return Shipping Costs

UK Customers:

  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged/defective items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost

EU & International Customers:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Damaged/defective items: Please contact us for return instructions; we will cover verified quality issues

Important: Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely for return shipment. We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first: Email chloe21.hr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval: We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
  3. Receive instructions: If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions and address
  4. Ship your return: Pack items securely and ship to the provided address

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. You'll receive an email notification confirming receipt
  2. We'll inspect the item to ensure it meets eligibility requirements
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear within 10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider)

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund (following the process above)
  2. Place a new order for the item you'd like
